Calinnova Ltd (trading as EquiFeast, The Birdcare Company, DrS and CROCdoc) manufacture and supply unique nutritional supplements and feeds for a diverse range of animals worldwide. We are rapidly expanding our sales to overseas markets. We are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. Why do we collect data?
We aim to give all of our customers the best experience possible of interacting with our company. We collect data that helps us to understand our customer’s needs and queries. This enables us to improve our service to you and communicate better. We will treat your information with the upmost respect.
How is data collected?
We collect data when people visit our website or register for an online account. We also collect data through telephone and in person at trade shows/events.
What are cookies?

The third-party vendors including Google and Facebook, whose services we use – will place cookies on web browsers in order to serve ads based on past visits to our website.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "View cart" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
In the UK we can accept Visa debit/Delta, Switch/Maestro UK, Visa credit cards and MasterCard.
All UK orders attract a £4.20 delivery charge.
Orders that are received with payment before 3.00pm GMT are usually dispatched the same day. Standard postage within the UK is by Royal Mail 1st class (1-3 working days) for small orders and courier (1-3 working days) for orders over 2kg in weight. We do not guarantee the delivery performance of our couriers or the Royal Mail.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands and Islands (including these postcodes:
IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE) £4.20 for the first 5.5kg of net product weight. £10.00 for orders between 9kg - 25kg of net product weight. £10.00/box for orders over 25kgs of net product weight.
Channel Islands: £4.20 for the first 5.5kg of net product weight. £10.00 for orders between 5.5kg - 25kg of net product weight. £10.00/box for orders over 25kgs of net product weight.
For smaller orders or orders over 5.5kgs of net product weight to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands and Islands and Channel Islands please call our office on tel: 01453 835330 to process your order.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added where applicable. Certain products are zero rated for VAT. All other export orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.

At The Birdcare Company, we stand behind our products and want you to be happy with them. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to return unopened products in their original condition for a refund minus any shipping charges which were applied. Returns must be made within 14 days of order receipt. Our friendly customer service advisors are on hand to answer any queries which you may have.
