Probably the most advanced sick bird supplement for over a decade. Combines unique ingredients that assist the immune system to act quickly and effectively when the bird is invaded by any infectious germs. Supported with probiotics, prebiotics, vitamins, yeast extracts and the renowned Birdcare Energy System.

Most sick birds tend to fluff their feathers and often sleep with their head turned over their shoulder.  These symptoms can be caused by hundreds of different illnesses so it isn’t much help for diagnosis but it is usually the first sign of illness.  Our usual recommendation is to separate the sick birds if possible and put them into a warm environment.  The quicker that you give such birds Guardian Angel the better. This product will provide energy (fluffing feathers is an effort to maintain body warmth), help maintain the birds water balance, provide support for the digestive system and give the immune system.  In our opinion this approach is far more likely to work than giving broad spectrum antibiotics.

Guardian Angel key Features:

  • Supports the immune system which fight invaders like bacteria and viruses.
  • Supports the digestive system (pre and probiotics).
  • Contains electrolytes to help with dehydration risks.
  • Provides long lasting energy to help birds who are feeling off their food.
  • Ideal for use after using antibiotics.
  • Suitable for all cage and aviary birds including pigeons and poultry.

Testimonial from a happy customer:

"So impressed am I with your product that, at 75 and a bit, I’m tempted to try it on myself!

I don’t know what was wrong with him but he was obviously quite ill – lying crouched on perch or cage floor, hardly moving about, not singing, eating little. I gave him heat treatment for some days and he improved marginally. I then turned to Guardian Angel... with remarkable results: within a day-and-a-half he was up and about his cage, singing and eating well. He’s belting it out as I write. And they say miracles only happened in Biblical times."

    Seems Effective

Posted by Unknown on 18th Apr 2020

Bought this for a sick hen, as other remedies weren't working and our vet is no good! Instructions for dosage of chickens were unclear, but my enquiries were answered promptly, with a lot of helpful details. Sadly, my hen has now died, but I do believe this perked her up, and gave us a few more weeks together.

Comment about using Guardian Angel for curing loose stool of bird

Posted by Ted Lai on 19th Feb 2020

I come from Hong Kong and have a Japanese White Eye bird. At the beginning, it produce serious loose stool for about one year, after completely using one bottle of 40g Guardian Angel for bird to drink mixing with water, the loose stool disappears and change to firm and solid form, now I give it back common tap water to drink, there is no loose stool again, I highly recommend this product to all parrots and other birds.

    True life saver

Gave guardian angel to an untamed cockatiel who was feeling very poorly, did not sing, was regurgitating his food, had whole seeds in his droppings and just sat on a perch all day long puffed up. Antibiotics were not an option as he still had energy to fly away. Chasing him every day and giving medication straight into his beak would have been too stressful for him. Began to give Guardian Angel to this bird and in a week he has changed completely. The cockatiel sings, no seeds in droppings, no regurgitation and seems like completely new bird. So can highly recommend this product. Worked for us when I thought all hope was gone.

    Great moulting helper

Posted by Liza on 14th Nov 2019

My Budgies were moulting, aggressive and very agitated. I could see they were not themselves so I contacted this company and spoke with Malcolm who by the way has excellent customer service skills. He advised to buy this guardian angel and also a Feast eggfood. Both combined gave my Budgies a boost of energy and in my opinion minimised the problems they go through when moulting.

    Excellent product

Posted by Anthia on 25th Sep 2019

My 24 year old African Grey was recently very ill with a chest infection and respiratory problems.I found him on the floor of his cage and thought he was a gonner. I rushed him to my vets whom I must say are excellent, and they kept him in for a couple of days and put him in an oxygen tent and antibiotics. After I took him home he was still pretty poorly and not eating. They did say if he was still poorly after a couple of weeks they could anaethsetize him and put a tube into his chest to help him to breath better. I had already paid out more than two hundred pounds, although this I didn’t mind, but I was told putting him under anaethsetic was risky. I was still thinking about it when up popped your ad on Facebook. I read all the reviews and thought I would try him with the Guardian Angel. After being on it for three or four days he was back up on his perch and eating and talking. I couldn’t believe the difference. He is now back to his old self it’s no chest problems. I can really recommend this product. Thankyou Birdcare.

My little Bowie budgie has had repeat respiratory issues. She's been in and out of the vets, antibiotics that haven't worked. However I used this fo a week on her food in conjunction with wheeze eaze and she's so much better, no tail bobbing and no wheezing. So Happy.
